This Red Bluff lifestyle newborn session was taken indoors at a clients home in early Autumn to capture life at home after a new baby.
It makes me so happy to photograph families right in their home environment. These images often showcase a closeness and intimacy that you just cannot achieve in a remote location. I do like shooting somewhere that is traditionally picturesque as well, don’t get me wrong! Check out this gorgeous maternity session for this client at an outdoor location! In home sessions though show the silliness, the love, and life as it is right now. There is definitely a place for both, and I think in home sessions often get overlooked.
We met at this client’s home to celebrate their new daughter and get some updated pictures with the new addition! I’m always swooning over a newborn, and this sweet girl was no exception!
My favorite observation is the love and interest that older siblings have in a new sibling.
